I need a software that can import all my leads from excel file containing fields like category, email id 1, email id 2, mobile number 1, mobile number 2, city, state , pin code, contact person name. some of these fields may be empty in some case. I will keep on importing many excel files. whenever software detects a duplicate entry (whether previously in the software or in current excel file) it will create a separate list that is duplicate and then create a new excel file for all records which are duplicate so that I can take decision accordingly. then the system will generate some code for my lead. I can export that data after filtering lately.
then I will start sending SMS and email to my leads. then again I will import the status of SmS and email as Yes or no from separate excel file containing just code and SMS and email as yes or no.
