Write on PDF Software

I would like to have a very simple PDF annotator which alows me to handwrite on a PDF using a stylus.

On the right, there should be a bar where one can chose color of input and eraser.

+ Write on PDF

+ Choose favorite pencils

+ Add pages in between

+ Auto-Save

+ Smooth handwriting

I want to have a Desktop App just like, this one:

Please add to your proposal a small picture of how you would envision the design of the APP, nothing fancy, just usable, so I know that you have read this.
