Create a Lens-flare rendering algorithm that uses textures.

1) The algorithm should NOT use opengl, but normal pixel manipulation and blending algorithms. You can use gr32 for the job. We need to be able also to apply the effect on a transparent layer, that is rendering must be done on both rgb and alpha channels (in case of gr32 that means using all 4 channels).

2)The algorithms should use high resolution textures (at least 1024 pix x 1024 pix). Textures should be copyright free, which means we can use them without infringing anyone's copyright, if you cannot provide them you have to bid less and we will provide them for you from a graphics designer.

3) The rendering effect should have a good degree of photo-realism

4)The lens effect should have different parameters such as the light point, and the direction and any other parameter suitable to having a good representation of the lens flare.

5)The algorithm should be clearly coded

6)When you bid please also state whether you are going to provide the textures yourself or not
