238665 Windows Server 2003 Admin

I have a 1 and 1 Business Windows Server II dedicated server that I need server admin help with. Right now I need 2 things.

1) Help getting SMTP authentication and relay to work.

2) Help getting MS SQL Server Express setup and accessible through VBScript/ASP scripting.

I would like everything done for these 2 things documented.

I will supply you with server access via Remote Desktop.
