InfluxData TICK (Telegraf, InfluxDB, Chronograf, Kapacitor) help

I'm currently using telegraf to send data to influxdb, and grafana to display it.

I need to create alerts , so looking someone how can help with kapacitor.

If you know Grafana 4 and can create custom (JS) dashboards it's a big plus.

I'll either just need consultation on best practises, or you can take over tasks completely.
