Fix some errors in my 3d scene made in 3ds Max

I have a scene that made in 3ds max and I want to use that scene in Unreal Engine 4. After I imported the scene to UE4 I realized that there are two problems with the scene and I need a freelancer to fix them for me.
1) When I add materials on some models it looks really wrong. I guess it is about maps. I need you to fix them for me. You can check here to see what I mean: [login to view URL]
2)Some planes are one sided. For example when I look from up I can see the plane but when I look from down the plane is invisable. I need you to make that planes two sided.
Thats all I need. I think it is a pretty easy task for an experienced designer.
