3 simple engine assembly animations using 3D Studio Max Pre-purchased engine models

I have 3 pre-purchased 3DSM models from Turbosquid. Each showing different type of car engine. The animation on these models are timed perfectly.

Firstly, I need someone to add 'Timing belt tensioners' (reference attached) and 'Timing belt guides' (reference attached) to all 3 of these models. Then animate all 3 models in accordance with the storyboards attached. Parts of the timing chain assemble onto the engine, then the engine valves, camshafts, pistons, pulleys, sprockets and belt animate as in the original turbosquid models.

After completion I will need HD MP4 files on white background and MAX files and texture assets etc, thanks
