I have a pc running centos (that is similar to ubuntu) and an ip camera with rtsp stream
I want you to setup the centos to convert it to rtmp so i embed it in a website.
The camera has D1 maximum resolution and 25 fps

the internet line i have is slow so the maximum upload speed has to be 0.7 Mbps (1.2 is the capacity but maybe someone want to use skype etc)
If one user watches the camera on the website the quality has to be the best (D1 with 2-3 fps or better), the more the people watch the camera the quality worsens so to keep tha maximum upload speed of 0.7 Mbps

If someone watches the camera continuously for one hour the stream stops and the user can watch again if he refreshes the website
When a user enters the website the camera has to show fast (not to wait 10-15 seconds for precache)
