C#/VB.NET Developer + SQL Server 2008

We support a range of application and are currently experiencing a large increase in work. We require an additional developer (potentially 2) to assist us with the projects currently in place.
The software we are looking for another developer on is a job tracking system, with an office portal, a field system and also integration with an app.
The role entails:
- Taking basic requirements, and turning these requirements into software solutions as part of a larger project.
- development of solutions in C# and VB.NET (It's currently a mixed solution)
- database development using SQL 2008 R2.
- Development of queries / CRUD operations using in Entity Framework
You must be very familiar with:
C#
VB.NET
SQL 2008 R2
Entity Framework / LINQ
SVN
You must have excellent english skills and, impeccable communication skills.
This role is suited to someone available more than 20 hours a week. Ideally in Australia, if not then able to work Australian working hours (at least 2am- 10am GMT).
This is an hourly rate project - but no tolerance for "slacking" will be allowed - you're employed to work - if we feel you're not pulling your weight, we won't be keeping you on.
