VB6 library (or DLL or OCX) to easily use any phone via bluetooth - repost

I need a DLL or OCX or even a simple VB6 sample code that allow me to easily use, via VB6 (I program in VB6), any phone via bluetooth.

For "use" I mean to call, to receive calls, to send SMS, to receive SMS, etc.
