Build a Web Scraper for Real Estate Sites to Compare Prices, Then Run Macros in Google Sheets

I am looking for someone to build a tool that I can use to scrape data from multiple real estate websites. After collecting the data I would like to be able to put the data into Google sheets and have macros and/or scripts sort the data automatically. After the data has been sorted I need it to calculate the average price per acre for each subdivision. I also need to have the ability to split up the acreage ranges to better understand the price per acre.
I use websites like Zillow, Realtor, Redfin, Landwatch etc. to gather the data on vacant land to figure out what the average price is per acre in each subdivision. I would love to be able to put a link of the website that I am searching with the criteria I am looking for and have a web scraper scrape the data and put it into a google sheets and run macros (scripts) to figure out the average price per acre in each subdivision. Or if I can't have it scrape the data just by the link then I can copy and paste the data into Google sheets and have it fix and arrange the data into categories.
