Web Scrapping Project Due Date: 5 days
You will write script/apps to extract email addresses of the following.
Using your web Scrapping tool, you will compile email addresses into a single Excel file with multiple pages, sheet, and as many columns as necessary. Your script should be reusable. It is your responsibility and part of the job to find the right website from where you can extract the emails.
Deliverable are script with clear instruction how to use it, with example of parameters and the extracted email list in the Excel file as follows:
1) Engineering Universities
Professors and Graduate (Master Degree) and post graduate (Ph.D. and Post Doc.) students majoring in 1) Computer Science 2) All Engineering 3) Business 4) Physics 5) Mathematics
Top X Eng. Univ. from: [Google for top X Eng. universities will give you their website]
1) 10 from DFW area.
2) 10 from Texas.
3) 100 (one hundred) from the US
4) 20 from UK
5) 20 from Australia
6) 20 from India
7) 10 from Pakistan
8) 10 from Poland
9) 10 from Philippines
10) 10 from Mexico
11) 6 from Vietnam
12) 5 from Bahama, Belize, Jamaica
Do not get Undergraduate student’s emails. Make sure to label the department name. Label Professors and Student list.
Expected emails from each department of each university is 500+. Larger universities should have 1000 emails or more from each department.
2) Home Builders, Land Development Contractors name, phone and email addresses
1. All Home Builders from
1) 300 in DFW Area
2) 600 in Texas excluding DFW area
3) 400 in each of the 25 largest US cities (by population) 10,000 total

For new land development contractors, you can use Online Yellow Pages or other sources.

3) Home Health Agencies (HHA)
Find contact information for all HHA (Home Health Agencies) that are for sale for $50K to $300K in 1) DFW area. 2) in Texas with active patients between 10 and 50. They must be licensed by the state and Medicare certified. They must also have contracts with, take private insurances such as Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), PHCS, Multiplan, Care-Care etc.
