Create my travel plan in Tuscany

Hello,
I am looking for something capable of creating a complete travel plan of 10 days road trip through Tuscany for 2 people. The goal would be to have a complete list of possibile hotels/bnb to rent, activities, restaurants, links for booking etc. sort by travel places and a day to day planning.
Would be great if you already have experience in travel plan creation.
Before reading some more information, and to be sure that you read the job description and your search skill is good, please respond to the question : "What is the language of Sweden"
We struggle beetween two possibilities: Rent a car and travel between the different destinations so changing hotel / bed and breakfast every 3/4 days OR finding a location in the center of the region and make the return trips between the different places to visit and the room each day. plan for both this possibilities with budget (gas, rent etc.) would need to be done.
We want to make the two main cities around, so Florence and Pisa, and then wander through various places to visit, enjoy the scenery, the local culture (including wine and food) and any other activity you would know and that you could advise us. We are not particularly fond of anything that is unusual but we like to discover the customs of a region, culture etc.
Travel Budget around 2500€ all inclusive for 2, we wish to put about 120 € / night max in the rental, 80€/day for meals (restaurants and such). Travel by plane.
I also have a little craze that would be to rent an Alfa Romeo 4C for the duration of the trip, see if it is feasible at a rental and at what price.
