Simple CSS Divs

I need someone to add some simple CSS divs to my site.

The top one that displays the following info,

About these tickets

The one of the left holding the venue map, the one displaying ticket listings, the browse history and the upcoming events. I realize some are done in flash but I need the CSS equivalents. The background color should be a light orange to match the rest of the site's color scheme. I don't want any code copied from their site.
