TicTail Template Edting and Add Features - repost

I would need a programmer who has worked with Tictail platform before.

Need someone to create a page pagination to limit products per category. Editing some slight changes on storefront.

Alternatively if you can create an external stylesheet and link to the template platform will do also. But I would prefer someone who knows what they are doing.
