Very Simple Project for Someone who Knows how to Integrate Custom Design to Word Press

Hello,
I am looking to get a custom design (2 pages ONLY), converted to Word Press. I puchased a WP plugin for top navigation that must be installed.
There is a contact form on the right hand side (of all pages) that must be integrated AND set up so that we can easily dictate where we want the contact information to go.
There is a slider with 2 images that may include 1 more slider image. As of now, just need two images on the slider.
There is one other form that must be developed in an attractive, non-image format. In other words, the links inside the "box" must be live.
There is no other special requests.
Simple integration from design to Word Press.
If you are interested in the project, provide me:
- 1 or 2 suggestions to make the site BETTER
- In the first sentence of your response, tell me what you ate for breakfast
The two attached files are NOT the final but 90% there.
Two criteria I am looking for:
1) Quality of work
2) Speed
Whomever is hired for the job, if both these criteria are met, there is 1 piece of website work per month on average going forward. So consider this a test project and the result will determine if you get lot more work from me.
