A web skin/theme designed (for an online searchable site) in photoshop (.psd) and once agreed want it cut out to a HTML template.

1. Design in Photoshop

2. Clearly defined colour scheme

3. PSD's should be easily changeable and sliced. Output the skin to CSS

4. Create a template html page to show how the design works with all controls with CSS applied.

5. Flash on the front page.

Convert PSD to XHTML and CSS. Must be W3c Compatible. No Tables. Should be compatible with all browsers.

I will send the outline (not images as you will need to provide me something suitable) and ideas how it should look like.

I have design spec as well that should guide you further.

Must be impressive, polished and professional in every respect.

Must agree to sign NDA and contract.
