Prevent SPAM and Modify Form to make it work in IE

This project consist of three parts.

1. Preventing Spam in Form Submissions without Using a CAPTCHA.

I would like you to reduce Spam by using techniques others than CAPTCHA. I have read about CSS, PHP and other similar techniques, making the robots to submit fields where humans would not. Please explain your method and the requirements to use it. Please dont introduce popup boxes or similar. Form should look the same as it is today (see URL below).

2. Make my form look nice also in Internet Explorer

Problem today is that the form does not look great in Internet Explorer. You can check form (Prisforespørsel) at [url removed, login to view] where you in IE can see the placeholder is not viewing. Check it in Chrome and you can see its working fine.

3. Validate fields before submission

In addition please also make the form require First Name, Last Name and valid e-mail address before Submit is permitted.

Form is responsive and must continue to be responsive. Existing form to be worked on is attached. You need to modify this file. You cannot use a "form maker tool", because integration with my Support System is part of this submission code.

Form is on a Joomla 3 site with Flexi Custom Code Module.

Please don't accept project if you don't know exactly how to fix it! Milestone will be released only when form is working and viewing perfectly in all browsers.
