Ebay Like Site

I need an ebay like site. The website will be very simple to the user. I will need a Non-disclosure statement signed as this is like an auction site but different prior to any work if we select you. I can email the Non-Disclosure and you can sign and return to me if we select you to do the work. If you use MS Office PowerPoint I can email you the concept and layout once you sign the Non-disclosure. This site needs to be supported for an unlimited number of users as well as auctions. Auction times will need to vary as well as other features. Image upload and downloads will also need to be an option for each user. Payments will need to be integrated with PayPal API as well as Google API so knowledge of this will be required. We must be able to receive listing fees. Design is to include the site itself (no standard auction software allowed - This is a custom build) with standard auction features such as feedback (I like freelancer feedback format with number of personnel who has rated), checkout, and product watching features. Some unique features we would like are: for buyers to be notified via email when an item is listed in their predetermined city/cities or zip codes (for a fee), top three bids need to be displayed for seller with the option to see all bids like you can with freelancer to include ratings. - Must be very user friendly. - Must be able to integrate with Merchant systems to accept all forms of credit cards and Paypal. - Must have an easy to use, yet advanced Admin Panel; *Admin panel, very good CMS skills we need to have full control over everything/anything, (eg. adding, deleting, editing, members, items, prices, fees, categorys.. etc).

Registered Bidders/Sellers (summary and detail)

Registered Bidders/Sellers who've won an Auction

Average cost of a bid (by bidder, by geography, etc.)

We need a clean & bug free code that can be further developed later on with ease(by you or anyone else). *The Database must be able to handle this kind of website (That's why you need to know what your getting into & how ebay works).

This bid is for the design, coding, installation, and support of the product. We will own the code for this product. Once product is installed, support for 90 days after installation will be required. All graphics used or created must have secured rights for a commercial website, these rights will then be transferred to ourselves along with all intellectual property rights. You are not allowed to post any of this work upon completion into your 'Portfolio' or ' Testimonials or otherwise. Thank You. We look forward to doing business with you.
