Wordpress customisation

Need an experienced web designer familiar with WordPress customisation and CSS to make a couple of small changes to my website that runs under Wordpress with the Atlas theme: [url removed, login to view]

I would need the following:

I. modifications to contact form widget:

- add telephone field

- add visible error message if fields are not (correctly) filled

- add visible success message

II. search form customisation:

- search field values to show up in certain order (not alphabetical as by default)

- remove faceted search for some search fields

- CSS mods -remove/add space between fields

- search argument modification (code exists, only needs to be inserted in the right file)

- changing two search fields from multiselect checkboxes to sliders (needs coding and design work - tentative. Your offer should not include the price for this item, but you should give a separate cost estimation for this work in your bid)

III. allow listing in multiple categories (code exists, only needs to be inserted in the right file)

IV. modification of listing page template:

- display category (in listing details widget)

- display custom fields

- add text to contact tab

- add placeholder for advertisement in body of listing

V. buddypress author profile - add description field

VI. a few various CSS modifications

- modify colour scheme

- modify column sizes

- etc.
