I need to convert my excel file data filling into chat conversation.
The data filling shall work on any smartphone browser.
The data shall be saved in the smartphone and uploaded when internet access available.
You shall use the below open source project

1. The user shall use his smartphone to answer Chatbot questions
2. The Chatbot answers shall be transferred to external server (when internet access available)
3. The data shall be accessible and open through web/excel format
