XML Data Feed for Shopify

Hi
I am in the process of starting a Shopify Store. I currently have 3 main suppliers with data feeds.
Dicker Data has an XML data feed
Ingram Micro uses a different type of data feed
These 2 suppliers do have some of the same products however use different SKUs. I will need it to assess all the products to see if there is duplicate products and have it choose the product with either the best Dealer Buy Price or product availability.
I will also need the XML feed to upload pictures, descriptions, specifications, and SEO (if SEO is possible).
How much and how long would you need to complete?
