Build a Wordpress Form that can send information to BCS via their API

BCS ([login to view URL]) is a cloud-based solution for project and document management for building certifications. We want to allow a user to fill out forms on our website which automatically will create Quotes, Inspections, etc in BCS.
1. Build a Proof of Concept - simple form on Wordpress, no formatting needed, that user is able to enter information which can create a "Quote" on BCS. We will provide minimum required fields list and BCS API documentation.
***Note you must demonstrate your ability by completing part 1 we award the project
2. Design - mock up what the completed forms would look like based on all fields.
3. Implement the forms on the live website.
