Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to help us complete the final touches on our
website. The website is already 80% complete, and we need assistance with implementing various
features and improvements to enhance user experience and functionality. Also, PWA apps are necessary
to be created for this website.
Project Tasks:
1. Improvement of Graphics and Design: Enhance the visual appeal of the website through design
changes and improvements.
2. Arabic RTL Support: Integrate Arabic RTL support to cater to our Arabic-speaking audience.
3. Marketing Plugins: Integrate marketing plugins to enhance promotional efforts and drive traffic
to the website.
4. Web-based Mobile Apps (PWA): Implement Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) for a seamless user
experience on mobile devices.
5. Review/Rating System and Return/Refund System: Implement review/rating and return/refund
systems to improve customer satisfaction.
6. Wishlist and Compare Products: Add wishlist and compare products features to enhance the
shopping experience.
7. About Us Page: Revise and complete the About Us page to provide information about our
company and mission.
8. Live Chat Feature: Set up and integrate a live chat feature for real-time customer support.
9. Coupons Feature: Integrate a coupons feature to offer discounts and promotions to our
customers.
10. OTP (One-Time Password) Features: Implement OTP features for enhanced security.
11. Analytics Tools: Integrate analytics tools for tracking website traffic and user behavior.
12. Logistics Integration APIs: Integrate logistics integration APIs to streamline shipping and delivery
processes.
13. Content Review and Update: Review and update website content to ensure accuracy and
relevance.
14. Multiple Currencies and Geolocator Feature: Add support for multiple currencies and a
geolocator feature for localization.
15. SEO System/Plugin: Implement an SEO system/plugin to improve search engine visibility.
16. Country Taxes System: Set up a country taxes system to comply with local tax regulations.
17. Responsive Mobile Performance: Optimize the website for responsive mobile performance to
ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
18. Social Media Integration: Set up and integrate social media accounts for enhanced engagement
and visibility.
19. Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance by minimizing page load times and
implementing caching mechanisms.
20. RSS Feed Syndication: Set up RSS feed syndication for easy content distribution.
21. Custom 404 Page: Design a custom 404 page to improve user experience when encountering
broken links.
22. Ticketing System and Feedback Forms/Surveys: Implement a ticketing system for user support
requests and feedback forms/surveys to gather user feedback and improve the support
experience.
23. Google Speed Check: Ensure the website passes Google speed check with a minimum score of
80+ for mobile and 90+ for desktop.
24. Cookies Collection and Analysis: Set up a cookies collection and analysis system to track and
personalize user experience.
25. Unlimited Revisions: Provide unlimited revisions for all improvement works.
26. Customer Account Improvement: Enhance customer account to cover all ecommerce features
including address, geolocation, preferred language & currency, wishlist, order status, order
tracking, return and refund, reviews, etc.
Additional Information:
• This project will be paid in one milestone upon completion of all tasks outlined in the project
description.
• We are looking for a freelancer with expertise in WordPress development and experience in
implementing the mentioned features.
• The project timeframe is as soon as possible, but we would prefer timely completion.
• Budget is negotiable based on the scope of work and experience of the freelancer.
