Customize skins and grids in Essential Grid for Wordpress

I need someone who knows Essential Grid (for Wordpress) inside and out to help me customize a few skins to use on my site ([url removed, login to view]). I'm reasonably literate in Wordpress, but am getting really stuck on this issue. I'm not just looking to get this specific task done, but to understand the plugin better.
