Generate a static sitemap for a 880.000 pages for a (wordpress) site

I have a wordpress install with more than 880.000 pages and I need a sitemap index spliting the 880k posts links in smaller sitemaps with 50.000 pages links each, to attend google guidelines for sitemaps.
Since the pages won't change in number or change in any way at all, the sitemap can be static.
PS: Usual solutions, like using a plugin to generate the sitemaps dynamically, don't work and slow/crash the server, making the google bot timeout and leave without indexing any of the pages.
I just want the sitemap index generated once and that's it. I dont care which method you use (or programming language), if the sitemap index is made, it's all good! :)
