Woocommerce Data Entry - Product Updating

This is a DATA ENTRY project for a WordPress Woocommerce product catalogu. The project is about updating approx. ~439 products (PRODUCT VARIATIONS INCLUDED) in an existing Woocommerce Shop latest Version. The product pricing sheets are attached as 2 Excel documents. One for product pricing and one for product parts pricing.
The task:
- Sign in in WP Woocommerce as shop manager
- Search products based on their SKU and update all products using the data of the attached spreadsheet, being:
o Product Regular Price
o Product SKU if needed (NOT ALL SKU ARE UNIQUE YET)
o Product Variations price (WHICH IS REGULAR PRICE PLUS PRODUCT VARIATION PRICE)
o Product variation SKU, which are currently the same as the product SKU which gives conf
- If the SKU / Product not exist, then you’ll add it with the correct data
IMPORTANT
- THE PRICING UNDER THE COLUMNS “EXCL BTW” MUST BE USED (means: excl. VAT)
- ALL PRODUCT VARIATIONS MUST BE UPDATED / ADDED INCLUDING THEIR SKU (THOSE ARE NOW NOT UNIQUE)
- ALL PRODUCT VARIATION PRICING IS CALCULATED AS:
REGULAR PRICE + VARIATION 1
REGULAR PRICE + VARIATION 2
REGULAR PRICE + VARIATION 1 + 2
Etc.
This Job needs to be executed by someone who is accurate, efficient and has experience with Woocommerce 3x. And ofcourse if you have an excellent SKILL Set in WP ALL import or the import/export function of Woocommerce and can do this more efficient then manual DATA ENTRY it is ofcourse fine by me. As long as all is done accurate.
LAST REMARK.
THE FIRST STEP SHOULD BE CREATING 3-5 PRODUCTS WITH THEIR PRODUCT VARIATIONS AND PRICING TO CHECK WHETHER THEY ARE CORRECT AND ALL IS UNDERSTOOD,.
