Woocommerce Shipping from Multiple Locations

On our wordpress website, we will sell work from multiple designers, collect it from their studio and deliver it to the customer.
To manage multiple collection points, we've added two plugins 'Multiple Packages' and 'Flexible Shipping'.
Multiple Packages lets me set each Designer Studio as a shipping class - allowing me to set the pickup location as one package. Flexible Shipping then calculates the cost from that location based on weight.
But there is a problem when a customer makes purchases from multiple designers.
EG: If a customer buys cups from one designer the delivery is €8.40 and then buys a table from another designer the delivery charge is €50 for the table. Total shipping should be €58.40
At checkout the customer can see the breakdown of delivery charges per package.
But what is actually happening is the system defaults to the package with the highest delivery charge and then applies this charge to all other packages. So based on the example above, total shipping is being charged at €100.
Is there a fix for this, can someone add coding or can someone recommend a plugin I can buy that will do the job. Thanks
