A small Test Engine

Arsalan accepted the project and disappeared and kept assuring me that he is making progress but did not update with the progress even once. We're beyond the deadline and i am yet to see a single line of code. And he says i can cancel if i want, he can say that only because he has not worked on it. Has a poor completion rate, BAD CODER!!

The scope of the project was reduced. We negotiated to reduce the scope. I found out that the freelancer expected $60 for doing nothing. I refused and I was under the impression that the freelancer was accepting $50. As soon as I paid, the freelancer disappeared. Maybe he is a very good technical person, but very unethical and dishonest attitude.
