The important thing is communication. Are we able to effectively speak to one another in a way we both understand in a way we both feel confident we comprehend what is going on, and are we able to find common ground? My experience tells me often times the passion exceeds the planning, and is reflected in the lack of details contained in an average Request for Bid from some Service Buyers.
As a Service Provider, it is my responsibility to insure I fully understand the project before I enter My Bid. It is also my job to then make sure that if I am awarded the bid, I fulfill my obligations completely, and do it for the amountI have already accepted as my fee.
I believe there are always better programmers, better artists, better techincians than I am. What I offer is something more.
