1. To act as management consultant and render services to the companies, government, central or
state or any municipal or other body corporates or associations or individuals with capital, credit, means or resources for the prosecution of any works, undertaking, projects or enterprises.

To act as management consultants and render engineering, technical management and other skilled and other services to all types of industry or organizations in India or abroad including providing advice, services, consultancy, in various fields like general administrative, secretarial, Commercial
marketing, Financial, Legal Economic, Labour, Industrial, Scientific, Technical Feasibility Reports, Accountancy, Computer Data Processing, Public Relations, Shares, Portfolio Management, State and Central Statutes, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Customs, Excise, Octroi and other levies for office, advertising, accounting, computer, secretarial and taxation matters and without limiting the generality of the above to act as consultants.
3. To carry on the business of consultants in all fields, including the business of legal, industrial, business management, financial, cost accounting, recruitment personnel management, inventory control, import and export and other technical or non-technical consultants and in particular to prepare Project Reports for all types of industries to set up systems of casting or to give other consultants on cost accounting to advise companies on the financial systems, to plan out machinery location and factories, to advise on tax planning, to recruit people for all types of posts in all types of industries or offices and to make representations types of industries or offices and to make representations before anybody corporate , authority, corporations, firm, person or association of persons in any field in which help ,May be required of the company, including the procurement of materials, machinery or any other items or things required by anybody, corporate authority, corporations person, firm or association of persons and to charge fees for such advise and help, whether in India or abroad.
4. To carry on the business of legal compliance service consultant by ensuring comprehensive
business registration services to meet the legal requirements laid out by the government. To give
assistance to companies, in field of intellectual property, by undertaking its registration, auditing
and its management. To act as a liasoning consultancy services by liasoning with various
government offices.
5. To act as a comprehensive corporate social responsibility advisory by providing corporate social
implementation services such as engaging the company's management and key stakeholders to
understand priorities for CSR activities, structuring employee engagement through volunteering
and payroll giving, selecting NGO partners / beneficiaries and conducting a rigorous credibility
check, implementation of the CSR support - facilitating donations, identifying programme(s) for
support, setting expectations between donor and doness, monitoring activities and providing
regular reports,etc.
