Digital Marketing | Adwords | Facebook Ads | CRO

I am Google AdWords certified professional with specialization in Mobile and Shopping campaigns, and advanced certification in Video advertising. I am Google Analytics certified too. I started my career as a SEO service provider in 2010 and since then I am into digital marketing. 3 years ago I stepped into PPC and worked on dozens of AdWords accounts. I have experience managing teams of web developers, designers, content writers, marketers and PPC experts. I possess advanced level knowledge of WordPress which includes crafting and posting blogs, making basic changes in codes, installing themes, installing and configuring plugins and much more. I know basic HTML and Photoshop too. Along with PPC I done extensive conversion rate optimization as well and after doing this for years, now I believe -- "If you are not doing CRO, you are not doing PPC". I am good at doing keywords research. I create stunning website structures that out rank the competitors with less efforts.

Wasn't impressed with the work. It seemed he was more about being paid regularly and receiving money and only 3 leads were delivered for $500 of work. We stopped and went with another ad specialist.

In summary: We had a loss of 25k revenue caused by the freelancer Sadly we have given full access to our Adwords account. (sadly we cannot share screenshots of the results since under NDA) Fact is, that after the - non communicated changes by the freelancer - our traffic via Adwords dropped over 30% in the time of the freelancer did changes And the most biggest issue the conversion rate dropped to 0,23% (from average of 1.2%) Means we have kicked away about 85% of the previous days and weeks revenue. Here we had a loss of about 5k per day for 5 days until we stopped any further processing with him and reverted all changes back. The freelancer did not even inform us prior the changes of the high risks of his changes. Far more we had contracted him to consult us and not do any changes - especially non communicated. The freelancer complained that my teammate was not responding - which sadly was correct - but he only pinged them once to get a response. To avoid bad interpretations (my team not responding), I asked him to show me his work process - AFTER - burned us our 25k revenue to give him a second chance. He rejected... So from my current perpective: - loss of about 25k USD revenue - loss of trust of a client - a freelancer which did not think to fix his issues even if he got a second chance - sadly we did a big mistake to provide full access to adwords - sadly we did not choose to go via fixed price milestones and we even had to pay work which burned us a lot of money [27 August, 2018] In summary: We had a loss of 25k revenue caused by the freelancer Sadly we have given full access to our Adwords account.
