Underestimates the time frame needed to complete the project and needs a lot of work on his communication timing and skills. The 3-day project extended to 10 days with multiple deadline extensions and project was called off with a large dispute over the milestones which extended it another 6 days. He refused to give me back 100% of the money which was unfair as he didn't hand over any work at all. Very unpleasant experience and would never refer him to any other customer.
