Review Filter UI Control - MVC jQuery AJAX

My experience with Andy has been second to none (and I have worked with many contractors) In particular his documentation and problem solving skills are excellent ( proposing solutions not coming to me with problems.) I wish I had met him earlier in the project. But plan to use his services on the next opportunity. In summary, A very enthusiastic and positive communicator who has a deep knowledge of the subject matter with great execution.
