I graduated with a degree in Business Management at San Sebastian College and started working year of 2010. My first job was with the Bank of the Philippine Islands. We deal with customers’ issues/concerns such as deposits, withdrawals, and opening of accounts. With that, it's very important to be proficient in MS office, strong mathematical skills, and must have knowledge of financial principles and practices. I have also worked in a BPO industry for 4 years in which I handled email and chat. My typing speed is 45-50 wpm. It is important to type faster because there are a lot of requests from the customers such as placing their orders, general inquiries, and troubleshooting the product itself. Lastly, I worked abroad as a telephone operator cum receptionist and we do answer and transfer calls or page individuals to inform them of telephone calls. We also do clerical duties such as filing, typing, and sorting of mails.
