Working in design strategies and creative industry more than 16 years. Currently helping two clients setting up new brand hotels, doing Mad Head Limited's head office setup, China Merchants Group's Clubhouse design and operation setup and a National Library in China, on the same time doing design thinking and strategy projects, giving advice to small firms and newly established brands to add value to their business. Focus on experience design and service design sector. Recently finished a study named MIECO which about connecting exercise, electricity and virtual currently for power companies and idea on resolving shortage of natural energy and fuel supply in 2017. Being the chairlady of Hassell's design cultural team in HK 2011-2012, responsible for arranging weekly activities to arouse staff’s morale and creativity. Including Pecha Kucha, project peeps, artists and designers’ keynotes and sharing, exclusions, coaching and training, etc. Always able to think outside the box which makes my creative life looks very different and stimulating to others. I have built up a good network with the major design bodies worldwide and aware of any latest news in the market.
