As an ingestion specialist my job is to review articles and legal documents to guide my clients, respond to them in a timely manner, with high accuracy.
Some of my duties include: review and analyze audio files, proof read emails and documents, document issues and escalate potential glitches, research information and convey results, update stake holders, research databases and create articles, educate clients and new colleagues about policies and research material among others.
