I have obtained a BA degree in History of Art and MLitt degree in Dress & Textiles Histories, therefore my writing tends to revolve around the arts, music, and cultural heritage. I have worked as an archives assistant for fashion designer, Paul Smith, which included cataloguing, data entry, and blog-writing. This role developed my data entry and archive administration skillsets tenfold, and believe these are two of my strongest assets. During university, I was the director of a curatorial group in which we developed and curated several exhibitions around the West-Midlands. I have also been involved in arts festival programming, art history education within primary schools, and arts activity co-ordination for people living with dementia. I have written for various academic journals, as well as literary and culture magazines across the United Kingdom. My main skills lie within writing, editing, and transcription, having worked as a podcast editor and transcriber for a cultural institution on a freelance, rolling basis. I am currently sharing my working time between writing and charity work, and am based in Glasgow.
