I started working as a customer support representative last 2015. My first account was Florist Transworld Delivery wherein we're assisting our customer's about their queries for their orders and its status. It was just a seasonal account, and after the February ramp they have transferred me to another account. My second account was Microsoft, we are handling calls coming from North America. The main responsibility that we had is to answer customer's question about their account, billing information, purchases and refunds. I also handled calls from customers for their technical issues about their software. We also sell products and services offered by Microsoft.
