4/05-2/06 Xyant Technologies, Norman, OK Instructional Systems Developer (E-Learning): Developed 100+ 2D/3D graphics using Macromedia and Discreet programs for inclusion into both Computer Aided Instruction (MS PowerPoint) and Learning Management System (SyberWorks) for Lockheed Martin/Federal Aviation Administration Flight Service contract. Contract work completed.
3/02-3/05 Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit Whidbey Island, WA Program Coordinator: Accurate and timely management of an Oracle 9i/SQL database for over 3000 ECM and Patrol aircraft specific maintenance training task items for use in the Navy’s World-Wide Web E-Learning System. Supervised and trained 120 instructors in the implementation of the Navy’s EP-3E special mission aircraft maintenance training task items development, saving the government over 9 million dollars in commercial contract costs. US Navy Master Training Specialist (MTS): Certified by the Naval Personnel Development Command (NPDC) for task-based and Personnel-Performance-Profile curriculum delivery and development methods from training project plan development to lesson/trainee guide deployment. Qualified and certified as a professional instructor by NPDC, through the use of rigorous evaluations covering teaching technique and level of subject matter knowledge. AIM II Curriculum Director: Single point of contact and final approval for instructor developed electronically delivered curriculum. Responsible for the conversion of 41 courses of instruction through use of a SQL database software, producing SCORM-linkable learning/testing objectives, resource requirements lists, within Commander, Naval Operations 2 year timeline requirement. Authorware SME: Developed 6 courses of instruction as a part of the Chief of Naval Operations “Just in Time” training using the Macromedia Authorware/Breeze curriculum development systems. Courses were used at the squadron/aircraft level as pre-deployment refresher training on administration of Maintenance Action Forms, Aircraft Safety walk arounds, aircraft jacking procedures, basic signal flow of the ALQ-99 Tactical Jamming System, and APS-130 Search Radar remove/replace procedures. Director of Multimedia: Supervised, managed and tracked the production of 1350 still and animated modeled graphics for use in 91 courses of instruction. Commended by the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training for the expeditious development of 312 Flash/Director and 3D Studio Max multimedia graphics for use in local Computer Aided Instruction. Avionics Instructor: Taught entry-level avionic technicians on the specifics of Automated Test Bench maintenance, aircraft search radar, Electronic Countermeasures (ECM), and navigational equipment repair.
