This is the short illustration of my project . In this video we first explain the area we cover and then we compare our algorithm segmentation with manual segmentation to check the robustness and at last we display the results of 3d segmented retina.

CT scan save DCM format file in computer. I used DCM files to extract vertebrae. Vertebral bone mineral density as measured in hounsfield units (HU) by computed tomography (CT)is detected automatically using MATLAB code.
