My training as a Work Psychologist and my professional experience have allowed me to understand and
distinguish the various HR issues, identifying the ones that I felt most mine.
I chose to specialize myself in training and talent acquisition and, being a creative person, I am enthusiastic about internal communication and employer branding projects.

My passion for copywriting, and WEB marketing was born by chance.
A few years ago, I had the opportunity to work in a publishing house as HR Specialist.
I met many professionals, I got to know the world of publishing, web marketing, principles of SEO in social media marketing and web usability.
So I decided to deepen my knowledge attending a courses that gave me the right specialized skills.
Today this activity is next to my ufficial work.
