Handling the bills of IPD patients, the patient who empanelled with corporate and TPA's (i.e star health insurance, UnitedHealth insurance etc..) , or some company which come under government department like Semi conductor laboratory, ESI . We do following steps for manage the bill: 1 . first of all we send the approval request to TPA's, 2. Once we get approval, the patient bill upgrade by each department, this information is upgrade in our company software, we compiled bill on daily basis by collecting full detail from software 3 . And make a copy of Bill in excel sheet, After discharge of patients send final bills to TPA's for claim of payment 4. This work will handle in excel as well as in word 5. Also manage the payment of TPA's. By making full spreadsheet of payment detail, and received cheques on daily basis
