I am an expert Perl and Ruby programmer. I specialize in connecting databases to the Internet and designing high throughput websites. I truly know the ins and outs of Perl and Ruby programming, having over 10 years of experience programming in Perl and 3 years of experience programming in Ruby/Rails. I also have a great deal of experience with languages like Java, C++, mod_perl, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, XHTML, and XML. I have developed many custom applications for the Internet. I also have a library of standard components (guest books, online ordering systems, banner ad systems, message boards, etc.).
