In my previous position as a Data Entry Clerk, I was responsible for high volume data entry with a necessarily high level of accuracy. Customer orders were received via fax and phone messages and were entered into complex company software. I was also responsible for the organising of invoices and spreadsheets for a large customer database.
My role also involved a high level of customer contact as I took calls on a busy phone line for product orders and problem-solving.
