This project was done as a response to the need of manufacturing a Covid-19 swab test area. All items used are readily available and uses the modular construction system and designed on a 1 to 1 scale with the help of experts in the medical field as well as civil engineering field. The parts used to construct this are designed in a way to ensure a 100% conformity to the existing parts such as the aluminium extrusions, the airtight panel clamps, the panels, the glass, the corner mating unit etc.. Best thing was, since my country, Malaysia was too awesome in handling the Covid-19 pandemic, this project was never needed to come to fruition hahahah. Well, it was worth the shot though, in tough times, anything we can do to help the front-liners counts and for that I am always thankful.

I was involved with Design Engineering for Boeing B737, Bombardier Global5000, Piaggio Avanti 2 neo and ATR-42 operating under the Malaysian Law of AN78 which is equal to EASA's Part 21 Subpart-J Design Organisation Approval (DOA) work. I've assisted Aviation Consultancy for an Air Operator License (AOL) company in Malaysia operating a B737-800 as well as providing Aircraft Cabin Interior Solutions for an Air Operator Permit (AOP) company operating a Bombardier Global 5000.
