Here i am searching for following skills. 1) Autodesk Inventor to prepare 3d parts and cad file with different views, section etc. 2) Autocad, civil engineering related work to prepare 2D floor plans and do estimation work of construction items 3) Revit software, i can prepare 2d layouts of building plans, section, 3d view by using Revit software. 4) Planswift, i can get takeoff of construction materials by using planswift software.

The work was adequate for the amount I paid, he did a good job and I would recommend him but he is kind of annoying because he asks for payment like hundreds of times, he asks for half payment and says it will motivate him... project was delayed because he had work and he kept complaining that it was harder than he thought, but overall good work. Communication was an issue my requirement was not clear to him even though I kept explaining. Overall 7.5/10 for him.
