I've participated in international project teams as a local technical expert related with local authorities while has been project manager at Design Institute. Experience in preparation of project documentation for approval within state government bodies as well local Distribution Companies/KEGOC (Grid Operator) / State Institution "Committee for Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control". , conducting state expertise and audits of Project Documentation of whole energy sector at different stages of the project and development. I have been passed International Management and Quality System (ISO 9000). I've worked as an Technical Director on numerous EBRD financed projects (Gulshat 40 MW, YUKSES 50 MW) while construction period as in O&M stage right now. O&M stage in both projects (YUKSES 50 MW and Gulshat 40 MW) mind to have related quarter reports for Generation which conduct to EBRD for their review and approval within whole time of O&M Agreement over 15 years.
