This is Mahboob Ali Naich, a Career Coach, Communication & Project Management Professional having Master’s Degree in Social Sciences and MBA graduand in Project Management. I’m veteran in Project Change Management, Communications, Community Mobilization, Education Reforms, Assessment, Monitoring, Coaching and Counselling. I’m an experienced professional having 20+ years’ experience in multiple disciplines and 10+ years’ experience in Communications & Project Management of Public Sector Development Projects (PSDP). I’m currently working with USAID funded Project “Sindh Basic Education Program” as Communications Specialist for more than 8 years through Sindh School Education and Literacy Department, Government of Sindh as an implementing agency of the program. I’m highly skilled in innovative thinking, analytical and optimistic abilities to deal with complex situations as well as team management with diversified cultural backgrounds. I’ve strong communication and interpersonal skills, having command in 4 different languages. I’m result oriented individual believing “result is the name of the game”. I’m fully aware of provincial & federal education system and culture of Pakistan. I have the privilege of serving as Manager, Communications with Sindh School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, in partnership with the USAID supported Sindh Basic Education Program (SBEP). As a public servant, I consider it an honor that these eight years have been the best of my life in serving the people of Sindh and Pakistan in a sector like education, where this country requires a great deal of help and assistance from friends. Apart from my core tasks, I’ve been engaged in not just "Personal Development," but also concerned about the development of Pakistani youth, particularly Sindhi children. I received my Diploma in Educations Management and Leadership (DELM) from the Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM), and I am a Certified Career Coach, Professional Career Counselor, and Certified Trainer. My vision for Pakistan's young is that every student who completes his matriculation should participate in a Career Counseling Program to learn about his or her future options for personal and national growth. I’m a trainer, Zoom handler, and speaker, who has spoken at a number of events, including the inauguration ceremonies of Sindh Basic Education Program schools. It's an honor for me to say that I'm the only person in the program who has attended practically every school opening, handing over, and inauguration ceremony, representing the Government of Sindh. I’m a multitalented individual with strong leadership skills who also manages SBEP's website, social media platforms, and other media outlets such as print and electronic media. As a Career Coach/Counsellor and Trainer, I appear on television and radio programs. I help students & indiviuals in thier right career journey. I look forward to hearing from you shortly.
