Senior Customer Coordinator

Started working full-time at the office in Oslo, and since then I have worked beside my studies and projects at the office in Stockholm and on distance, the work focuses on a combination of sales and customer service. Our main tasks are booking hotel rooms in the Nordic region through phone, email, and chat. We also assist our customers with questions about the chain and the loyalty club.

Besides my studies I worked as a receptionist, my main tasks were check-in and check-out, inform guests about the hotel and the surroundings, manage booking requests through phone and email and invoices. We focused on up-sell and to contribute to that the department's goals where achieved.
